According to a previous document of inheritance and settlement, a house located in the Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, including the yard, trees, a well, and a kitchen, had been transferred from Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of the late Mulla Fazl‘ali, to his wife, Bibi Husná Jan, and his two daughters, Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah. Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, lawyer of Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (the late Haji Muhammad's inheritor), claims that Mashhadi Abu al-Qasim Bulur-furush [the crystal dealer], son of Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn from Shiraz, owes forty-eight tumans to the late Haji Muhammad, but Mashhadi Abu al-Qasim Bulur-furush claims that he has already paid the debt. At the bottom of the document, Hajiyah Zivar Sultan's claim has been denied.
